Rodrigo Vaghi Seminar Weekend (April 24–26)

This April, Legacy BJJ Omaha is proud to host our affiliation leader and BJJ icon, Master Rodrigo Vaghi, for a three-day intensive seminar series. Whether you are a white belt just starting your journey or an advanced practitioner looking to refine your “invisible” Jiu-Jitsu, this is an event you cannot afford to miss.

Who is Rodrigo Vaghi?

Rodrigo Vaghi’s lineage is as elite as it gets. He began his journey at age 14 at the original Gracie Academy in Rio de Janeiro. His instructors weren’t just coaches; they were the founders of the art: Grandmaster Helio Gracie and his legendary sons Rickson, Royce, Royler, and Rolker.

Today, Rodrigo is a 6th-degree black belt under the undisputed champion Rickson Gracie. He holds the distinction of being one of the highest-ranked Rickson Gracie representatives outside Brazil. A 2001 Martial Arts Hall of Fame inductee and a 2010 World Champion (both in his weight class and the Open Division), Master Vaghi is a living bridge between the traditional roots of the Gracie family and modern competitive excellence.
