• Duration: Freeze for up to 4 months.
• One-Time Fee: $69 (Applies to both Adults and Kids).
• The Benefits: * No Re-enrollment Fee: You are eligible to return without re-paying the sign-up fee.
  • Guaranteed Spot: Your place in your specific class is reserved for your return.
• Extensions: Need more than 4 months? Extensions are available at Legacy BJJ’s discretion. You must contact us before your initial 4-month freeze expires.
• Important: If you do not return within the 4-month limit, your membership will be considered abandoned and automatically closed.

Membership Cancellation

While we hate to see you go, we make the transition simple. Per your membership terms and conditions, we require a 30-day written notice for all cancellations to stop automatic payments.

• The 30-Day Rule:
  • Weekly Memberships: You will be billed for 30 consecutive days on your regular billing dates while the cancellation is in progress.
  • Monthly Memberships: Cancellations made within 30 days of your billing cycle will result in one final payment drawn on your established auto-draft date.
• Attendance: You are welcome and encouraged to continue attending classes throughout your 30-day notice period.
• Immediate Cancellation: If you need to cancel immediately without the 30-day notice, a one-time $99 cancellation fee is required.
• Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued once a payment has been processed.

⚠️ WARNING: If you choose to cancel instead of freezing, you will be charged a $99 re-enrollment fee should you decide to return to Legacy BJJ in the future.
